Return Policy

All cannabis sales are considered final sale with the exception of the following three conditions:

  • Defective products (expired, mouldy, damaged in transit)
  • ~Products are considered "defective" and may be eligible for a refund if they are expired, mouldy, or damaged in transit.  
  • ~Cannabis seeds which are not feminized or are unsuccessfully cultivated will not be eligible for a return on the basis that they are “defective”.        

  • Products shipped in error (incorrect product shipped, over/under shipment, product not received due to an error on the part of Seed and Stone)  
  • Recalled products

If a product has been found to be defective, shipped in error, or recalled, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please note: returns are not final until they have been received, and evaluated by our warehouse team. If the return is deemed ineligible, the shipping fee will not be refunded and the item(s) will not be returned or refunded.

<rte-heading>Can I return my product?<rte-heading>

If the Excise Tax stamp is unbroken, and you have a receipt, you may return your product to seed & Stone within 7 days of purchase. If the product is considered defective (mouldy, expired, or damaged) or is recalled by the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (BCLDB) or Licenced Producer, you may return the product to the location it was originally purchased from.

<rte-heading>Can I exchange the product for a different one or get a credit?<rte-heading>

We can only exchange an opened product If the product is considered defective (mouldy, expired, or damaged) or is recalled by the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (BCLDB) or Licenced Producer.

Seed & Stone does not offer store credit

<rte-heading>I bought the wrong type of vape cartridge and it does not fit on my battery. Can I exchange for the correct version<rte-heading>

Seed & Stone staff will make every effort to ensure you are buying the correct cartridge for your system. If the product has been opened, we cannot return the product unless it is considered defective (when used with the correct battery), or recalled, Seed & Stone has many battery options for your opened cart

<rte-heading>The cannabis seeds I bought didn’t grow, can I return them?<rte-heading>

Unfortunately, unsuccessful seeds are not considered defective.

Please come into the store with the following information:

  2. Your receipt
  3. Photo of the product
